Green, as opposed to red, also means safety – it is the color of “GO” in road traffic. The Sanskrit name for our Heart Chakra is Anahata Chakra, and it means “unhurt, un-struck, and unbeaten”. Serenity, calmness, balance and feeling kindness and compassion for yourself and others are the themes of Heart Chakra.
